Once your request is received to the company successfully with valid reason and appropriate  time frame , TTC Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 30 working days. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you contact us, we would plan to cancel your holidays package or event as per contract/agreement or email signed with you.
